We advised the tenants here on the sale of this prime restaurant and bar. the premises occupied an imposing corner site and compromised over 17,000 sq ft at a rental of £545,000 pa. The deal was agreed with the landlords for a surrender of the current lease with re-grant then to one of Dubai's finest sushi restauranteurs, Okku who paid a higher rental. We achieved a substantial premium for our clients.
